  A full workbook will be provided which help you retain the information provided on the workshop. This will be a useful reminder of the material and help you implement the 30 day action plan which is an integral part of the "system".

  On the workshop you learn the same step by step system used by countless businesses to improve their performance and profits.

  There are so many business books already published and even more published each week.  The difficulty for most business owners is what to read from this ever growing list of titles.

  There is a book planned but in the interim delegates will receive a short reading list of the best current titles that will expand some of the principles covered… plus a copy of the best one of these.

• Do I need to do any advanced preparation prior to the course?

  Yes, there is some "homework" to complete prior to the workshop.

  Don't worry it's not too difficult! It consists of a few questions you should ask yourself about your business which will help you get the most from the workshop. Bring along the answers to the workshop, and then your homework will help you through the workshop!

• Do you sell a DVD or online version of the workshop?

  No!

  We feel the most effective way to get this material over for you to get maximum benefit is face to face where you can get incisive explanations and clarifications on any of your questions.

What the workshop won't make you into isa trainer. So what you might find more useful is to send your employees on the workshop or if there are enough employees we could make an individual arrangement with you.

  You can think of the Systematic Profits Business Model as more like a overlay on your current business. You will want to change things… but the changes are minor and easily done.

  for. So if you were to do the workshop "FREE" (so to speak) you'll be working against human nature.

  Well we know that the value of the workshop is many many times more than the price....

  The methods have been used in many companies and I have taught the workshop materials on boot camps where the "day rate" has been many times the total cost of this workshop

   

• Is there a discount for multiple bookings?

  Yes

  Two or more seats attract a 25% discount.

• How much help do I get after the workshop?

  Loads!

  After the workshop, you will be invited to attend a monthly teleconference call, you'll receive a monthly video / podcast from me, you'll have access to the long list of resources on the delegate only website. 

  Plus the option of having email access to the presenter.

• Is there any cost for support?

  No, Once you are a delegate of the Systematic Profits Workshop you will have access to the standard support options. If you would like more or to use Robert as a consultant, then that will have to be discussed one on one.

• Do I get a copy of the slides after the workshop

  Yes and no.

  Some vital slides are part of the Systematic Profits Workshop workbook, however the rest of the slides will only be available as "view only" on the secure delegate website. This is to prevent unauthorized sharing of the information.
